The Peter W. Busch Family Foundation presented the YMCA of the Treasure Coast with a check for $4,000.00, to support the No Daughter Left Behind Program in Indian River and St. Lucie Counties. The donation is part of the annual commitment of the Foundation to support local organizations.
The money was raised during the 5th Annual Wild Game Dinner at the Adams Ranch in Ft. Pierce. Almost 1,000 men attended the fundraising event. They were treated to a variety of well-prepared wild game, Southern Eagle products, raffles and more.
“The turnout this year for our Wild Game Night was outstanding,” stated Philip Busch, President of the Foundation and Southern Eagle Distributing. “It’s a huge fundraiser for us and a great time for the guys to get together and have some fun.”
The Peter W. Busch Family Foundation was created as a way to give back to the community by Peter Busch, owner of Southern Eagle Distributing. The Foundation is completely volunteer driven and 100% of event proceeds go directly to local charities.
Charities and non-profits supported by the Foundation include: Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County, the Navy SEAL Museum, YMCA of the Treasure Coast, CASTLE, Busch Wildlife Center and the St. Lucie County 100 Club.
